Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, a user of the website https:/mil-team.com/, its related pages and forms, as well as external forms to which the website expressly redirects the user, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, hereby give my consent to the personal data operator — Limited Liability Company “GVA” (LLC “GVA”), OGRN 1197746596630, INN 7708360980, KPP 770801001, address: 107140, Moscow, 1st Krasnoselsky Lane, 3, basement/premises/room/office 1/I/75/3g, email address: info@mil-team.com hereinafter referred to as the “Operator” — to process my personal data on the terms of this Consent and the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy available at https://mil-team.com/policy.
This Consent is provided by me by performing an active action, namely ticking the relevant checkbox and submitting a form on the website or in an external form to which the website expressly redirects the user. I confirm that this Consent is specific, substantive, informed, conscious, and unambiguous.
I confirm that, depending on the specific form and interaction scenario, the Operator has the right to process the following personal data of mine: surname, first name, patronymic; email address; telephone number; username/identifier in Telegram or another messenger indicated by me; information about my company, position, and role; content of my request, description of a task, project, research, or inquiry; CV/resume, portfolio, cover letter, information about skills and experience; links to repositories, publications, projects, and other professional materials; information on how I learned about a vacancy or the company; and other data that I voluntarily provide in a form, message, or attached materials, provided that its processing is necessary for considering my request, application, job application, talent pool questionnaire, or another interaction scenario selected by me.
To ensure the proper operation of forms, security, confirmation of the fact that this Consent has been given, and processing of the request, technical data and metadata relating to interaction with the website and forms may also be processed, including IP address, browser identifier/user-agent, date and time of form submission, session and application identifiers, event logs, and other technical metadata to the extent necessary for processing the request and protecting the Operator’s services.
The processing of my personal data is permitted for the purposes of considering and processing my request or application, providing feedback on my request, preparing and sending presentations, materials, proposals, responses, and other documents requested by me, arranging a consultation, call, meeting, or discussion of a project or research, considering my candidacy for a vacancy, conducting selection and candidate assessment, forming and maintaining the Talent Pool, concluding and performing an agreement if the interaction proceeds to a contractual process, ensuring the security of the Operator’s website and services, and complying with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation.
My receipt of informational and advertising messages through communication channels shall be carried out only where separate prior consent to receive informational and advertising messages has been given.
I authorize the Operator to process my personal data both with and without the use of automation tools, and to perform the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification including updating and amendment, retrieval, use, transfer including provision and access to the Operator’s authorized employees and persons processing data on behalf of the Operator under an agreement, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
The Operator has the right to assign the processing of my personal data to persons ensuring the operation of websites, external forms, customer relationship management systems CRM systems, corporate email, call tracking services, messaging services, recruitment services, web analytics, and other related processes, including individuals performing work or rendering services under civil-law contracts, provided that such processing is carried out on a lawful basis and only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose. Such persons shall be obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, ensure its security, and comply with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation on personal data.
Personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation within the framework of the processing described herein shall be localized in the territory of the Russian Federation. The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data within the framework of processing performed on the basis of this Consent.
This Consent shall remain valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by me, unless a longer period is required under the laws of the Russian Federation or for protection of the Operator’s rights and legitimate interests. For career scenarios and the Talent Pool, the Operator has the right to store my personal data for up to 36 months from the date of submission of the questionnaire or application or from the date of the last confirmed interaction with the Operator, unless otherwise required under the laws of the Russian Federation or for protection of the Operator’s rights and legitimate interests in connection with a specific dispute, inspection, or request.
I have the right to withdraw this Consent in whole or in the relevant part by sending a request to info@mil-team.com or to the postal address: 107140, Moscow, 1st Krasnoselsky Lane, 3, basement/premises/room/office 1/I/75/3g, as well as by other means provided for by the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy and by consent management mechanisms available on the website, where such mechanisms are provided. Withdrawal of Consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal is received by the Operator. In the event of withdrawal of Consent, the Operator shall cease processing my personal data or ensure that such processing is ceased by persons acting on its behalf, and, where retention of personal data is no longer required for the purposes of processing and there are no other lawful grounds for its further processing, shall ensure its deletion or destruction within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal.
This Consent does not replace or revoke separate consent to receive informational and advertising messages, the user’s separate choice regarding cookies and similar technologies that are not strictly necessary, or any other separate consents where such consents are required by law or by a specific interaction scenario. The procedure for processing personal data is additionally determined by the Operator’s Personal Data Processing Policy, and the procedure for using cookies and similar technologies is determined by the Cookie Policy.
