Consent to Receive Informational and Advertising Messages

I, a user of the website https:/mil-team.com/, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, hereby give my prior consent to Limited Liability Company “GVA” (LLC “GVA”), OGRN 1197746596630, INN 7708360980, KPP 770801001, address: 107140, Moscow, 1st Krasnoselsky Lane, 3, basement/premises/room/office 1/I/75/3g, email address: info@mil-team.com hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, to receive from the Operator informational and advertising messages about projects, services, research, materials, events, vacancies, career opportunities, special offers, and other messages aimed at generating or maintaining interest in the Operator’s activities, services, products, and projects.

This Consent is provided by me only by performing an active action on the website, namely ticking a separate optional checkbox for consent to receive informational and advertising messages, and, where the relevant form settings are available, also by selecting specific communication channels, followed by submitting the form. I confirm that this Consent is voluntary and is not a condition for submitting an application, receiving a response to a request, consideration of my candidacy, submitting a questionnaire to the Talent Pool, or receiving materials expressly requested by me as part of the primary request.

This Consent applies only to those communication channels and only to those contact details that I have personally provided to the Operator and that are expressly provided for by the relevant form, including email address, telephone calls, and messages in messengers, including Telegram, where such communication channel has been selected by me. If I have not provided contact details for a specific channel and/or have not selected such channel in the form, messages shall not be sent through that channel.
Informational messages may include company news, invitations to events, materials, research, articles, cases, event recordings, vacancy announcements, and cooperation opportunities, provided that such subject matter has been selected by me.
Advertising messages may include offers regarding the Operator’s products and services, invitations to discuss projects, special offers, presentation and demonstration materials, as well as other messages aimed at generating or maintaining interest in the Operator’s activities, services, products, and projects. Such messages may be one-time, targeted, or occasional. Providing this Consent does not mean that the Operator is obliged to carry out regular periodic mailings.

For the purposes of sending informational and advertising messages, the Operator has the right to process my personal data to the minimum extent necessary, including: name; email address; telephone number; username/identifier in Telegram or another messenger; information on topics and communication channels selected by me; as well as technical information necessary to confirm the fact of granting, changing, and withdrawing consent and to comply with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation, including the date and time of granting consent, the page or form through which it was provided, IP address, browser information, browser identifier/user-agent, information on the user’s device, as well as the history of granting, changing, and withdrawing consent.
Personal data processing for the purposes of sending messages may be carried out with and/or without the use of automation tools and may include collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification including updating and amendment, retrieval, use, provision to authorized employees and persons processing data on behalf of the Operator under an agreement, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

The Operator has the right to engage persons ensuring the sending of messages and data processing for this purpose, including the website platform, customer relationship management systems CRM systems, corporate email, messaging services, messengers, and other communication tools, provided that they are used on a lawful basis and in compliance with personal data protection requirements, including individuals performing work or rendering services under civil-law contracts. Such persons shall be obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data, ensure its security, and comply with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation on personal data.

This Consent shall remain valid until withdrawn by me or until the relevant communication is terminated by the Operator. I have the right to opt out of receiving messages at any time through the opt-out mechanism in the message itself, where such mechanism is provided by the relevant channel, and/or by sending a request to info@mil-team.com. After receiving the opt-out request, the Operator shall immediately cease sending the relevant advertising messages through the relevant channel and shall thereafter have the right to store only the information necessary to confirm the fact of consent, its withdrawal, and to protect the Operator’s rights and legitimate interests. If further processing of data for these purposes is no longer required and there are no other lawful grounds, the Operator shall cease such processing and ensure deletion or destruction of the relevant personal data within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, or shall ensure its further storage only to the extent and in the cases permitted by the laws of the Russian Federation.

This Consent is an independent document and does not replace consent to personal data processing for the primary application, vacancy, Talent Pool, or the user’s separate choice regarding cookies that are not strictly necessary.

The procedure for sending informational and advertising messages, opting out of them, and other terms of the relevant communication are additionally determined by the Operator’s Informational Mailing Rules and Personal Data Processing Policy.
