Detail:We are a young team that works in start-up mode, integrating SotA academic results into the real products of our customers. We solve complex engineering and research problems for both large companies (Huawei, Samsung) and technology startups (from England and Russia). There are more projects, the team needs help, and we are looking for a talented and intelligent HR manager.

Tasks:- Full cycle recruitment (from search to adaptation) of researchers and engineers in the areas of CV, Compression, NLP and Sensors & RL;
- Work with HR risks, employee motivation and Review/Growth team. In general, to grow the NPS of our team;
- Grow a strong HR brand for our target audience of candidates;
- Supervise the internship program.
Requirements:- Experience in the role of HR / recruiter in teams of young and ambitious IT specialists (understanding all the nuances of working with such employees);
- The ability to systematically formulate and test ideas for process changes, measure the effect and draw conclusions based on the results obtained;
- An active position in working with people, the ability to "get to the bottom" and the ability to win over a person with a technical education.
It will be an advantage if:- Availability of a portfolio of projects with a description of the results of their work;
- Reference from the previous place of work / study.
