CV Screening
When evaluating resumes, we look at:
- Previous and relevant experience with description of own results;
- Portfolio of past projects with links to GitHub or completed project;
- Skills and tools that the candidate used in real practice.
Test task
In order to assess the candidate's propensity for various types of activities, we carry out a 2-stage technical task, which consists of:
- Development task for 3-5 hours (implement pipeline solutions from ready-made blocks);
- Research task: formulate and prioritize hypotheses for quality growth.
Interview
Upon successful completion of the previous stages, the technical leader of the team conducts an interview with the candidate, gives feedback on the completed tasks and clarifies the details and wishes of the candidate.
